Most leagues follow the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rulebook.
The NFHS has published official Baseball points of emphasis for the 2026 season.
The NFHS has published Baseball Rules commentary for the 2026 season.
The NFHS has published official Baseball Rules changes for the 2026 season.
The NFHS has published official Baseball Rules interpretations for the 2026 season.
The NFHS has published a list of official Baseball umpire signals.

Some leagues follow the Official Baseball Rulebook (OBR/MLB).
