Most leagues follow the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rulebook.
The NFHS has published official Baseball points of emphasis for the 2025 season.
The NFHS has published Baseball Rules commentary for the 2025 season.
The NFHS has published official Baseball Rules changes for the 2025 season.
The NFHS has published official Baseball Rules interpretations for the 2025 season.
The NFHS has published a list of official Baseball umpire signals.

Some leagues follow the Official Baseball Rulebook (OBR/MLB).

Most of our leagues and tournaments add modifications to the NFHS rulebook or OBR. These league- and tournament-specific rulebooks for the 2024 season are provided below.
